Get ready to laugh at the inaugural Scary Strangers Comedy Festival! Bringing together some of the sharpest, weirdest and most unforgettable voices in comedy, this brand-new festival celebrates the thrill of the unknown and the joy of a room full of strangers laughing together. Bringing a delightful selection of standup, improv, sketch and musical comedy to the Blue Mountains, thanks to the generous support of Blue Mountains City Council.

Workshops
Join Scary Strangers for a fun and energetic School Holiday Improv Workshop, open to all experience levels followed by a live showcase!

Learn how to create exciting characters on the spot through a series of dynamic exercises, open to participants of all experience levels

Explore the fundamentals of comedy, developing ideas and material, finding your comedic voice, and bringing your jokes to life on stage.

A playful, high-energy musical improvisation workshop where participants create songs, scenes, and stories completely on the spot
